The gym at Areca Lodge is very basic, imho. Check out Tonys gym it has all you desire, is well laid out, has a pool and does daily, weekly, monthly and annual membership.

Only stayed at Areca out of the three. Would highly recommend hotel, staff exceptional, food acceptable, good attitude ref visitors. As for location, I quite liked it...enough off the beaten track to be peaceful when you need a day off! Approx 150yards to catch baht buses to sois 9/8/7, for walking street, take a life threatening jog across road and shortcut through shopping mall for baht bus. If you take a right turn out of Hotel entrance theres a whole NEW world awaiting you! Downside...poor views unless you get a room facing the pool.

Quite often the problem is getting them to leave without being ignorant. It would also depend on what time you got back to the room. On a quiet night out I would say between 11a.m. and 1p.m. and for party/late nights out, I would say as long as they weren't late for their next shift at the bar.
