Surely you can own the barge outright. I think I saw the same ad posting. Wasn't the ad asking for around 500,000B? Not bad, especially if the barge can be parked at a secured area.

I think most any hotel with offer secure parking, especially if you tip the security officer 20B.

I take advance reservations for my units, but a lot of condos can't be reserved in advance, since they are only available on a first come first serve basis. I only own studios for rent. I may be able to accommodate you in another owner's unit, but I won't know this until much closer to your date. Real 2 bedroom condo units generally are not available for 20,000B though, especially since they are more uncommon. If you are traveling with family I understand, but if not maybe you might be better off with 2 studios?
