Ma Maison at beach rd end of soi 13 Nicepool area , rooms small but ok , in room safe, I think wifi in bar area, i have stayed there 2 times Price was around 1200 a night , I think only rooms no apartments. This is their wbesite http://www.mamaison-hotel.com

Flipper Lodge is fine , No in room safe but beds are big and security seems good but as i have long time TG she collects key if i am not there , I think the price will be around 1000 bht a night in November. I agree with the food comments about the Pig & Whistle ,but never stayed there.

thats not bad I hope its stays around the 69 mark as I use ATM all thetime. I also rang Nationwide today re using a flex card abroad and was told no problem and they do not block foreign usage and no need to advise them the cards will be used abroad

I got confirmation e-mail from Flipper Lodge which asked for another e-mail to confirm which I have sent. Hopefully room will be there when I arrive next week.

I don't know the hours but the cash booth is in front of you if you enter tops by the door nearest Beach road

I had booked my flight with thai before 1/12/06 and have checked with westeast travel who have told me that if you booked with Thai Air before 1/12/06 the tax is absorbed Also that the departure tax from BKK is included in ticket so I should not have to pay the 700 bht when leaving hope thats correct . but will find out in March

It depends on how you are getting on with the girl but would expect some action in the morning so 10/ 11 is about right if its a one nighter .

I still prefer Thai as I very seldom watch the movies as I sleep as much as I can as do not get to sleep much when I arrive in LOS

No in room safes - boxes in reception Internet in lobby , I think it was 2 baht a minute but not sure

How long will it take to get to the new airport from Nana hotel , I usually stay last night in Bangkok as Nana to Dom Muang was only about 30 minutes so extra time with the last tg of the holiday.

Any ideas about what time you would need to leave nana Hotel area to get to airport for 10 am

Have stayed at both Flippers and prefer the Lodge . have booked again for end of October . Like others have tried other areas but seem to come back to the soi 7/8 area

I also brought my ticket 2 months ago and Eva have dropped the price by £100 and Thai ae now £150 cheaper than when I booked

Stayed At Siam bay View a while back and they charged a joiner fee then , have not stayed there for couple of years

I booked Toom for airport pick up and driver there waiting when I got to arrivals, As I had his number I also used him for pick up back to Bkk and same driver Joe arrived on time at hotel , smooth drive to Bkk so add me to the impressed list as will use again if price remains competitive. Next trip planned for end of October

when I stayed there you could not bring girl back to room , may have changed but I would rsuggest you use other hotels if you are bringing girls back
