Right you have the flight booked, time off work, 6 weeks to go.

Do you make an effort to loose a bit of flab ? Try to get your arobic fitness up to a reasonable level ? Don't want to run out of steam in 30 seconds do we ?

Or do you think- Whats the point ? I'll score anyway !

I like to get a bit trimmer, do a bit of walking to get the blood pumping ' cos it's a long way to go, to keep falling asleep after 5 min's effort.

I allways trim my eyebrows. It takes years off you. :P

How many die their hair ? :P

About 3 days before I go i stop wanking off my usual 4 times a day. I let that spunk build up and give the first honey a LARGE DOSE when I get off the plane!

That's my preperation,

Mark

nidnoyham,

I start my preperation about 2 to 3 weeks before my schedule trip. The problem for me is that I don't drink alot so I must get some practice in before I arrive in the LOS.

:beer :clap1 :beer :clap1 :beer :clap1 :beer :chogdee2 :beer

I find that this does help me alot to be in shape for drinking a few beers or mixed drinks at each place I visit durning the day and evening. I think that if I didn't put in the effort at home before the trip I would be missing out on all the socializing in Pattaya.

I fly out 5 weeks on Tuesday :clap1 but think I've left it a bit late to improve my fitness level before then. Still, once I'm there I plan to swim for at least half an hour per day so that should help a bit - especially by the end of 7 weeks. :clap1

I cover all the mirrors in my house and avoid walking past large windows.

That way, (along with a gutful of piss), when the liddle darlins call out: 'Hello sessy man', I can almost believe they're referring to me! :clap1

Before I go:

I start saving money for my next trip as soon as I get home. Then, I save more money. And then, I save more money. And finally, I save more money. :clap1

The more US dollars I save, the more baht I can spend on the pleasures of LOS!

Seriously, I think women the world over prefer a well groomed man with good hygiene. IMHO, it can enhance your position to score with the lady of your choice.

But, on the other hand, I have seen some real crappy looking men with real dolls. So, I am of the opinion that in most cases the deciding factor is baht.

Why do people change their lifestyles when going to LOS/PI ? I can understand the reasoning to stop wanking off since there's no need to there, or to increase the alcohol level a bit before going if a social drinker usually, but if you're not into excercise on a normal level, why does one think they'll make a difference in a short time? Or to do other "changes" in their life? All you are doing is screwing up your body's normal rhythm and it may not like you for that...... :cry1 just my thoughts on the issue.

travlling............. :D :moon :beer = <huh B)

Travelling

You would get on great with my Son. He comes up with things like- If you don't make your bed, you get less bed bugs, because they don't like light, so having the covers pulled back deters them. Or, did you know that letting a dog lick your plate will leave less baccteria, than washing it in the sink ?

I don't colour my hair, grey hair is better than no hair, for me. B)

Thing is, when you get to my age, just a gentle regular exersize, can make a difference to your mobility. being a bit fitter is a real tonic at 58. :nod

My hairdresser does the same for me - otherwise mine would be almost as bushy as Dennis Healey's, though fortunately nowhere near as dark. 2guns

O.K 13 days to go. So it's a haircut, to get rid of my "Kneck-pubes". remove as many grey eyebrows as I can without leaving a bald bit. :beer

Walk the dog for a bit longer, up and down the hill at Term 4 slip road. ( B.A.A have made the area into a park ) Try to get a bit of sun on my legs, so they don't look like 2 uncooked chips.

Now for the pooffey bit. Yes, I will buy some mens moisteriser from Boots ! There, I said it. I feel like I've come out of the cosmetic wardrobe. :eyecrazy Well, the old face does get a bit dry in LOS and I get this dry skin between my eyebrows- A constant embarrasment. :beer

I suppose I should make the effort all the time really, that was the point of this post- I think. :clueless

I am now a firm believer that our food stuffs here (USA) with all their preservatives and what not, are what makes us fat. When I travel to say MX or DR, I eat like they do..walk some..and drink and f**k. And I always lose weight! Then add the 1 day or so of upset colon when I eat US foods again upon returning home.. and i lose about 5 lbs.

I think this is about the gene manipulations...

When I visited the USA several times enjoyed the wide selection of salads, eat very dietetic... and every time returned home with about 5-6 kg extra weight.

In Thailand eating mostly local food and a lot... returning home with a loss of 5-6 kg.

The only prep work I do before leaving is shave my balls, which most definitely pays off :clap2

It's worth doing, just for the longer look. :clap2 2guns

I always go and see my doctor for a few freebies. As many samples of viagra, cialis, or whatever else he may have lying around. Tell him I'm gonna screw a 100 ladies this trip and need all the help I can get. Really cool doctor, one of the few that is still puffing on a ciggy while taking care of my freebies. Later, SB

The worst bit about doing that is that it's bloody itchy when the hair grows back as I found out when I had to do that before getting the snip back in January. :nod
