:finger GALAXY in the middle of walking street is something different...If u are used to friendly GoGos with nice Thai girls and having a good time...THEN u can try GALAXY . Probably the worst bar in all of Thailand.

I walked in ...order a Tom Collins (280 Baht) I sit for about 5 minutes then the hassles starts..Some russian whore come and put her tits in front of my face and starts to tell me to tip her(not ask).At first I ignore her ,after she ask 2 times more I say no.....Then she make her friendly move and put her high heel on my foot and start to push...I ask her what she is doing...she say I have to tip her and press harder...I push away her foot and tell her to fuck off...she walk away...I finnish my drink and talk with the guy at the door...I ask him why he thinks it is so few customers in his club and leave....

 

maybe it is a good idea to shoot 2 russian whores every day in jomtien... 2guns

i lasted a bit longer lol

i couldnt believe that the thai waitresses had to site on the floor , and as i was pisssed made it my duty to get them sitting with me which they where scared they would be in trouble. the russian girls hated this, but needless to say i ended up banging one of the waitresses which was nice :finger

I managed to last slightly more than 20 minutes in the one visit I made to Galaxy. However, that's because it took 10 minutes for anyone to notice that I might possibly want to order a drink (250, maybe 300 baht for a Heineken) and another 5 minutes to get my change after it arrived. I never got hassled for tips from any of the dancers but I think it's because on that particular night the ones working clearly couldn't be bothered with even looking at any of us, much less spending any time with anyone. Those girls acted like they farted rose petals.

 

I can't think of a single reason for ever going back there.

Have never been to Galaxy. Walked past many times but have not heard any good reviews.

Same Same,

The idea of a russian bird as something different appeals to me , but I never heard one good review of this place, in fact every review I have read is the same unfreindly and overpriced.

I frankly can't imagine why anyone would venture into this bar. I don't go to Thailand for Eurogirls and it's obvious that this bar is run by the Russian mafia. They must be paying megabaht to the cops to still be in business. The negative stories about this bar are legion and STILL they are packed. What will it take before this bar is consigned to the twilight zone that used to be the exclusive territory of the "upstairs bars" at Patpong? If there are no customers, the bar will either go out of business or change its ways.

It is an experience to go in though....they do put the thai pole dancers to shame with their dancing and gymnastic moves!!!

 

Is it worth the beer price....mmm......maybe just for a one-off.

 

Watch out though as they are merciless when trying to cohort a tip out of you. My mate did get a 5min private dance and still managed to give her nothing.....so it CAN be done (although being a pattaya master helps)

Yes Adolfs I had a similar experience there back in Nov last year. I heard so much about this club I had to visit and had exactly the same job done on me as you I just accidently spilled my beer and walked out its a real shit hole. I went in next door and had the time of my life watching a show by the girls who had several members of a visiting Japanese group on stage. What a laugh :banghead

Went in when it was where angelwitch is years ago. Same attitudes there. Tell everyone to give it a miss. High prices and fat falang women. At least they could import some hot lookers! later....doorman
