Changing country of origin

How do I change my country of origin on my profile? Or is it set to whatever it is once you open the account and can't be changed?

no need to be snoody 1st of all, and 2nd this is another account. My other one (Thailand_New which is still banned for some reason) was set to Iran. Also unless you have an answer for my question dont waste mytime please, I dont ask a question to get another question or get a wise guy replay.

MM is this gona start again? Is there nothing you as an admin can do? Or am I just gona have to sit back and get insulted by this guy? It seems just as soon as I say the slightest thing I get banned, I get the feeling like the people on here enjoy this persons company and he's nasty comments.I'm sure it's not all that hard to ban his account like you did mine. I think all these forum rules are only for new members and never apply to the regulars. Can you atleast make it so he can't PM???
