Stayed in it about 1 yr ago cheap and cheerful no pool well situated although too close for comfort to 7&8 women if you get my drift. I paid appx 800 bht incl breakfast which was nothing really exciting hardly worth getting up for so I didn't. The staff are friendly enough there are no in room safes either.

Just as a suggestion,if you're gonna spend 800b,spend another 200 and get a rooftop pool and decent breakfast with view for 1k at Pattaya Bay Resort.In off season,7th night is free.

I stayed there for 3 weeks in nJanuary was not impressed,although great location you could stay at the flipper hotels for the same price or the pig and whistle

 

slightly cheaper (nice rooms)
