If a lawyer takes half or more off a bloke in a divorce case, he is only a bad lawyer in the eyes of 50% of people.

Nonsensical again......

But if the lawyer takes it... he will be bad in the eyes of both parties...

I think its you thats clueless or just cant read, one or the other.

 

A lawyer can take as much off me as he wants if he is on a fixed commission and its a divorce case

 

Same as the Inland revenue....................

Better to use a Thai lawyer to buy in Thailand.

I used the Magna Carta when I purchased my condo this past Dec and had no complaints. Tony (justtony on the board) is not a lawyer. He's from England and has lived here for quite awhile. He works at the Magna Carta as a liason to help falangs communicate with Thai lawyers.
