Any apt or rooms in Pattaya for 5000b a Mo?

I am planning on staying on Pattaya for 3 mos this time so dont want to stay in a Hotel, do they still have small places around 5000b a mo? That's girl friendly.

I would suggest that if you up the price to say 6500-7000 you will get a decent place. air con, cable, furniture, security and close to a baht bus route. If you go over to the east side of sukhumvit you will find these things for around your 5k price but its a long haul each day to the action. A huge number of decent places off Soi Buakaow, sois running between there and second road and SB and third road are a good place to start. Lots of "Thai quality" places, fan room etc for only 3k-4k as well

Might have to be in Patts for the contact info. There is a Thai building In Naklua ,corner of where you turn into The Sanctuary of Truth that has rooms for that price. Im sure many others about. BG 's would know.

The place that always comes up at around that price is the Nurin condo project .

I doubt you'll find anything with aircon and near Second RD or Soi Bua Khao for that price unless it's a spartan fanroom!

There are a few places up around Third Rd especially near Carrefour in Central Pattaya that goes for 7000 baht up, but

they are heavily occupied all the time, or up North and in in Nah-Kleua you might find places for less than 10000 baht.

The further from the main roads and the beach cheaper rooms, but you'll be needing your own transport!

If you can up the monthly rent to around 10000-15000 baht/month there are greater chances especially in the low season.

Try Nirun condo's on Soi Arunathai. There are usually several for rent.

You could always try the 9 karat condos ,which are just before the Nirun condos .They are larger than Nirun(32 Sqm rather than 26 Sqm) but are cheap at about 7-8000baht a month.there are loads of places at 5000baht or lower a month but would you really want to stay there.There are two blocks of flats in the side rd next to Excite Disco both of which have condos at about 3500-5000baht but have no AC only fan rooms.These places dont have web sites just on site management so just go in and ask but they are mainly Thai occupied.
