Is there a Lap pool gym in Pattaya?

Just wondering if anyone can tell me if theres an indoor 25m lap pool in or around pattaya that one can go to to swim laps?

Also anyhere there is a decent gym open to the public?

Don`t know about the lap pool but Tony`s gym on Third Road is good and inexpensive.

I can't think of a lap pool in Town. Best most people do is find a place with a good pool and try to get up early before others start splashing around in it.

It is a holiday town after all.........

Perhaps the sea could suffice?
