Mate, no one will be interested at this price, try about 700k and you might have a chance. Got to love the cable hanging from the kitchen extractor down to the hob lol

Probably not an extractor unless that is an outside wall, just a filter and lights. I am guessing the cable is from power sockets behind the hob to feed the fan, and it is sad that it wasn't buried into the wall in a conduit and plastered over. But in Thai buildings, it is the wiring you cannot see you should be scared of! :D

Not to be rude, but it reminds me of a 700 baht a night hotel room.

Studio condos are little more than that.....but this looks like a separate bedroom.

I think you can call it a studio or a one bedroom with no living room.

I think you can call it a studio or a one bedroom with no living room.

I saw the bedroom had a door leading out to where there was a fridge and the kitchen facilities.

Presuming those were not in the corridor or the bathroom, I am seeing 2 rooms + bathroom in the second group of pictures.

If there is a separate small kitchen that is unusual, I was thinking along the lines of the Residence Garden places.

Its the standard Pattaya box

In thru entrance door

Left n right are cooking and 'hong nahm'

past these is whats left (as one open area)

past that is the little balcony

past that is where you go when the money runs out ;)

I have a condo in that complex. Mine is a corner unit so it is bigger and has two balconies, one off the bedroom and another off the living room. We have a washing machine in the kitchen which doesn't look too good but it is handy and the living room balcony is good for a clothes drying area.

The corner units are 60 square meters and mine does have a separate bedroom with a built in floor to ceiling wardrobe and cupboards along another wall to set a TV on with a built in desk.

With a Thai wife, I couldn't live in a studio. She wants her Thai TV and I want by own TV in the bedroom. The bedroom is quite big and I also have my computer and desk beside the bed. The bedroom has a separate air conditioner.

To get back on topic, Lalana is a nice complex and his price is really not too far out of line if you are able to put up with a studio. I was offered 1,800,000 baht for mine some time back but decided not to sell it. I have a nice place to stay when I go down there. A farang wanted to rent it while we were there but I prefer to have it available for myself.

Foreign name or company owned?

Is there a lift/elevator?

The condo buildings are only five stories tall and are built in a rectangle open to the air in the center. I hate the condos with the long dark halls and having to worry about fires. All the buildings in the Lalana complex have elevators. Mine is in my name but I don't know about the ones that are for sale.
