Park Royal 2 is located at Soi 1 pratumnak road at a very quiet and nice place, I have 2 studios with 45 sqm size for rent, located at 5th and 6th floor, both have spactacular seaview,pattaya bay view, budda hill view and pattaya city view. The condo is very luxury and fully furnished with 24 hour security, Key-card access, CCTV, Parking with CCTV, nice restaurant next door, walking distance to walking street,walking distance to bath bus taxi on South Pattaya.

Quiet location, few minutes to central nightlife and beach.

Only few apartment units, very quiet, live-in cleaner to take care apartment.

 

Free internet, Free Cable TV.

 

1 year contract 18000THB/month, 6 month contract 20,000 THB/month, 3 month contract 22,000THB/month

 

Available: January 2013 (let me know 1 week in advance)

You would have to be very lucky to find anything any where in Pattaya for 10 K per month including electric and water

I don't disagree with your statement. I pulled the following off Pattaya Mail.

 

"Prc351/06-10/ Very nice studio condo, 46sqm, Jomtien, 450m from beach, 12m balcony, high floor, marvelous view, washing machine, kitchens, security, A/C, TV/DVD, swimming pool: 9,700 Baht/month (long term) Tel: 083 119 2889".

 

I'm very good at negotiating price. I'm willing to negotiate up if my price point is unrealistic. One thing to remember Pattaya has a huge over supply of condo's Once I've stayed in his condo and he sees how I take care of it. He will want to rent his place in low season to me.

Location...I'm talking about the Soi where this condo is.

Show the landlord a picture of that dinner with Kissinger and Andropov along with a copy of your Cambridge diploma and he will be roadkill for that mobility scooter.

do you understand "long term"? it means 1 year contract not 1 month holiday rentals, and you have to pay for electric and water and internet and cable TV and room Cleaning maybe more

new prices as below :

 

1 year contract : 14000 THB/month

6 month contract : 15000THB/month

3 month contract:16000THB/month

1month contract : 18000 THB/Month

:bhappy I like the look of the area as I'm hoping to retire to Patts in a few years and there are some decent condos for around 15000 a month-that's a good value long term rate for the condo-the place is brand new and in good location

I understand long term. I made you an offer for a short term rental during low season when your unit stands vacent if not rented. If you're not interested just say so.
