leaving pattaya - where to sell my motorbike

I am leaving pattaya after a shorter than expected stay - to move back to bangkok.

I purchased a motorbike soon after i moved here and am not longer going to need it back in Bangkok .

Where would be the best place to sell it?

Here are the details:

Honda Scoopyi

less than 2 months old.

110cc

comes with insurance and helmet

female owner

under 400kms

looking for a quick sale 40,000 TB

Donate it to a worthy cause (not a NGO) and take the tax write off.

I seriously doubt that you will get your asking price. 40,000 baht is the retail cost of a new Scoopy from a dealer.

I have no idea if there is PDI and other costs on top.

Is the warranty transferable?

You will have lost 10.000 b in depreciation value as soon as you ride it out of the showroom , try asking for about 30.000 b , i am sure someone will buy it from you for that , good luck......!

It's funny that logic doesn't seem to work for cars in thailand. People ask 80-90% of new price even for cars 2-3 years old.
