Emirates from the UK in November

Recommended Posts

In my job I have to book block leave up to 18 months in advance. I am looking at going out a bit later for my 2nd trip next year.

Instead of October I want to go out mid-November. The trip will be around 17 nights.

From your experiences, are the prices any higher as it is "high season" ?

Cheers

As far as the airlines are concerned, it's low season in UK. High season is the school holidays - generally speaking, Jul/Aug, Easter and Xmas/New Year - when prices are more expensive. Personally, I would book after the late August Bank Holiday unless there was a sub-500 quid fare offered beforehand.

I'm about to book in the next few days for this year. Plenty of seats left , even at this short notice. Emirates from Glasgow £550. Similar prices up until 19th December ( they increase sometime between 16th and 19th) , when they jump at least £200. I set the searches at just one stopover, and for it to be less than four hours , and a two month return date.

We're going out next week on Emirates KP. Same price for November as we paid in other Months.

Any reason why not or is that irony?

The Pegas coaches are all over the place now and there seem to be more planes flying over my house landing to the south!
