I used a plastic jug I bought off of a small store on pattaya klang just east of the 2nd rd intersection. Sorry don't remember the name of it. Make sure you use sterile water and not tap water.

 

 

 

No, I won't. I get the big bottles of 'Mountain Spring' drinking water...tap water is only fit for showering where I live.

 

I tried a small plastic storage jar, about an imperial pint. Has a spring lid lock and silicone seal.

Worked fine and the tea ready in an hour......

Glad to use up some of the tea bags I have had for ages although limes are costing a few baht!

I assume he means bottled water by the term "sterile", and not distilled water. Tea made with distilled water is f'ing disgusting!

Last night, when I ordered ice tea with my dinner at the Jomtien Pig and Whistle, my waitress was quite concerned I knew it was canned rather than home made. I guess Short must have been there earlier.
