It was my day off, it was hot, it was sunny, and i was bored. So picked my camera up and headed into LHR and thought to take a few photos of the planes landing.

As strange as this may sound, it was actually a lovely crystal clear blue sky yesterday, much the same as it is today here.

I went there when the first A380 arrived. Nice to see the Singapore A380 coming in.

As strange as this may sound, it was actually a lovely crystal clear blue sky yesterday, much the same as it is today here.

 

I have only been to London once and ran into a nice day like that. I spent it wandering around Kew Garden and much to my embarrassment I got a touch of sunburn. Coming from Perth and spending two weeks in Pattaya the last thing I would admit to was getting sunburn in London. I left the next day for a wedding in Paphos and had to get straight out in the sun before my pommie mates found out.
