Problems accessing the board, June 2026

I've seen some commentary around the board about folks having problems accessing the board.  One commenter who is currently in Thailand has said that he can access the board from one ISP but not another. 

In my case, I've tried two ISPs, two devices, and two browsers on each device, but I have to go through a VPN on either to access the board.  I'm currently in the US.

This strikes me like the database of blacklisted IP addresses may need to be looked at.

Anyone else having issues?  It might be helpful to know how many are having issues and where they are.

This is the first time in about 2 days that I have been able to log in (in London, UK).

I wrote that sat in a coffee shop. 

I am now at home, and the problem seems to be my Internet connection. Today, if I use the telephone data, I don't have a problem. However, at home using the router (whether with my phone or my desktop), the connection gets timed out.

I can't connect via my ISP (internet service provider). It times out.

If I turn off the wifi I can then connect via my mobile phone carrier.

Was just now able to connect via my ISP where an hour ago I couldn't.

I've had intermittent problems the past couple days.  I always post from within Thailand and never use a VPN.

I have had log in problems for some time. Some days I get in quickly, others it times out. I wait until some hours later and all is well again for that occasion, then back to same problem.

So far I'm increasingly convinced it's related to IP addresses.  Things like this:

...can be caused by the reassignment of dynamic IP addresses by the ISP.
