Check out Nova Park. Ignore the rates on the website. When I was in Pattaya this past June they were advertising the studio for 15K per month on TV.

Long way from the Beach and town, try Sunshine Vista on Soi 3

potmehut,

As your heading north on 2nd Rd, take a right prior to Soi 6 (Bangkok Bank on corner). It's around 250 meters from 2nd Rd and another 350 from 2nd Rd to Beach Rd. Someone posted a review not to long ago, the lower rates are for the long term visitors. Rates probably depend on how many vacancies they have at the time.

I'll be in Pattaya on Sep 9th and would be glad to stop by and get information for you.

From memory I think it was 12,000 Baht/month, but that was 2 years ago.

If you are going to be there for 3 months, just spend a couple of days looking around an area that you like and see what you come up with. I've never been a big believer in buying or renting anything sight unseen.

Cheers
