Just read and saw the video of this myself... the casual way the guy strolled up to the window of the Porsche Cayenne was chilling. Mind you similar has been done in-front of 7-11s to a guy buying a few beers, as the guy was worth more dead than alive to his wife!

If you are open to the second hand market then you could avoid them. An already completed building, and you can evaluate how the maintenance and administration is working out and even buy directly from an owner. In the current market you should be able to get a good price. New and off-plan developments are still asking fantasy/tourist prices.

When I suggested he would need some local currency to buy some food or drink at the airport during that long wait he looked at me as if I was mad to suggest such! Personally I pay a shit load more to sit in the premium lounges drinking little bottles of beer and eating tiny sandwiches!

I agree, I booked with Qatar recently and did not see an option to select seats until after I had paid.

My experiences have been good. Only complaint was being bused to the aircraft in UK, rather than there being a jetway.

Might be an interesting topic to inform people as to where cheap stuff can be bought at airports. Bangkok isn't bad but of course bottles of booze can be problematic if you have another connection. I always buy tobacco going out of Bangkok, and actually buy a bottle of something when I come in. I don't really think there are many real bargains in the airports, if anything items are way overpriced and the 'duty' saved is taken up by mark-up. I looked at tobacco and perfume ex-Manchester and decided to pass. I bought a bottle of Drambuie in Dubai as they don't have it in BKK and it was more expensive than in Asda..... didn't realize until it came through on my CC bill.

Doesn't work for me.... I am using Kodi on a laptop. I must admit I find Kodi overly complicated and could have got something wrong! No biggie, I only wanted to watch BBC news and I can get to that without issue going through Sports Devil Add-Onn or go directly to the http://www.watchfreeview.com/ website. I also can stream on demand most things from the Exodus Add-On. With a VPN I get the BBC IPlayer/Downloads working but it does reject some UK based servers. Hmm. The live TV seems to work with a UK VPN switched in, but none of the Iplayer stuff.

I mentioned that I flew with them in April and the flight from Bangkok to Helsinki was pretty good. But the hop to Manchester in my case on Nordic Regional was 'orrible!
