This is the group of beer bars just before you get to Klang on second heading North.... they actually look more dusty and derelict than the picture suggests. Further South, just a little, on the other side, we see 3 Indian restaurants, side by side, and there are a few more outside the range of the photo.... more prolific than the massage places ever were. There are groups of Indians wandering about too.. as if searching for something rather than being tourists. I seriously believe they hunt for prospective business venues. A few pics of the dreaded Soi 15 between Buakhao and 2nd Rd... via the Avenue. Work appears to have been suspended. There is access but it is a bit tight, one direction at a time for cars and pickups, and it will not do your tyres any favours. This last pic is probably only known to the Expats. There used to be a (Tesco)Lotus supermarket behind Numchai on Sukhumvit... opposite a Fascino there....well not no more. Don't know if it has gone forever.... a nuisance, as I often stopped off there as it is on my way into town from home. Heard a rumour Lotus are not doing

Well I deliberately did not say Extension as of course I do that each and every year too, and I know it does not reset. Except last year when an agent took it upon themselves to do my 90 days at the same time. You have been planning to do a trip out to enable yourself to do on-line for a while now..... don't forget a re-entry permit. ?

I believe you would have received a new Permission of Stay at some point there and that it accepted as also a 90 day report.....(resets the clock to 90 days).

Ditto... In fact when they did my new Ext, and they told me they had done my 90 day report too, I said 'what for, not due for a while yet?'

Give it a try... if it works it works. It is very easy. If not, there is a separate desk outside handling them at immigration... where I believe it is pretty easy too.

Thanks, this appears to a policy that I have not seen announced, or could be something they are just doing in NZ... interesting. A policy to stop you changing your outward flight! Can't really figure out what they are up to other than tying the visa to the details they have seen. As to Visa exempt, I believe 45 days is slated to run until end of March 2023... as is usual, I suspect it will run right up to then before they tell us that it will be extended, become permanent, or even rescinded. Cheers mate!

Flight in or out? Did that also happen to be 60 days after the application/validity or do they adjust it to be that way mate? Of course it has nothing to do with how long you can stay, as I believe you could arrive a few days before the Visa expires. and would get stamped in for 60 days.
