I didn't think you could take Dong out of Vietnam. Perhaps change it to $ there or at the Vietnamese Airport. It does actually appear on the Bangkok Bank list, buying at 1.10 per 1000. I guess that is 1.1 baht/1000 Dong.

Well Mexican food has rarely been up there with the French onion soup where presentation was concerned. Refried beans suggests cooked before, as the appearance suggests eaten before. Had some good meals though when I was working there in Mexico.......although my host wouldn't tell me until after what I had just eaten!

Well to be honest I like to confuse the check-in staff. And for that price I think I will dress comfortably. With a private suite and a bathroom like this, you can change out of the singha vest, baggy shorts, and flip-flops before landing.

Oh I think there are reasons.......... Inability to own land being one of them. A legal system that is stacked against you, that underneath is corrupt. And the possibility of a whacking it you do get the better in a deal. But GOOD example........
