    The problem with Hertz in Pattaya is that it is based in Central which doesn't open unti 11 am. So by the time you've got your car it's nearly 12.00 and half the day is gone. No good if you want to go somewhere.

    I had this same bike in the Uk and loved it, a great bike. But i can't get over the prices here, i paid 190,000 for one brand new.

    What about postcode ? My post code is 20150 but that seems to be the same for most of Pattaya. What's the point of a postcode if everyone has the same.

    If i go somewhere alot i tend to leave a 10% tip or if the bill is 200 baht + i leave 20 baht, otherwise none.

    I heard the Australian team were thinking of changing their team colours from green and gold to green and silver. Only joking guys Australia is a great sporting nation (except cricket of course).

    I've found this too. It seems which ever way you want to go, up or down, the escalator goes the other way. If you walk far enough you can find one but it seems REALLY illogical.

    I go to 18 Coins quite a lot and i have to say i think the food is good (especially for the low prices they charge). Maybe lamb is not their speciality.

    I'm not even sure laptops are overpriced. I recently bought a Samsung RV418 i3, 4gb ram with Windows Ultimate (OK copy) for 18,000 baht. I doubt if it's any cheaper in the UK.

    People pay big money in the UK just to have a licence plate which spells someone funny. I can't imagine why they are so stupid but up to them.

    Who would buy a condo in company name? The whole point of buying a condo is that you can actually own it in your name.

    My Samsung LCD tv broke after 2 years (after the warranty of course). I wouldn't buy another Samsung tv.

    They are just building a massive new condo at the top of the hill. When that's finished there will be thousands more Russians on the baht bus into town. OMG i think i'll move.

    Why would you even consider buying a condo in thai or company name when there are thousands available in foreign name (unless it is dirt cheap)
