  1. Mr. Lad: Thanks for the reply, and I have just read your "newest promotion" on the reduction of BF's. (Temporary Only for board members!) Good Move! As a thought, after reading a lengthly thread on increase in prices for everything in general, I was wondering what , how, it might impact your business if you lowered your BF's to 400 baht all the time? Everyone it seems has gone up, but would your business increase if BF's went down in LD1? Would you still do OK financially with an increase in business, that I'm sure it would bring? You have the talent and I'm sure the ladies wou
  2. Smart move, but I would expect no less from you as you Promote, Promote! Promote! Rockin'
  3. Mr. Rascal: WOW! They eased restrictions since I stayed there years back. I had to have my Guest out of the room and on her way before 7am. Then, it was an additonal 500 baht to bring lady back to loom. Additionally, while there she could not eat in the restaurant and the pool was off limits as well. This is a Family oriented hotel. They really don't want guest ladies, but like most else in Pattaya, they will overlook for baht and also insist you play by their rules. Plus, location sucks. Rockin'
  4. Mr. Lad: It has been asked, but not answered, what is the BF for Service ladies? Rockin'
  5. I definitely have to go and visit the Rockhouse on my next trip. I simply gotta meet this guy Mulphy in person to form my own opinion. He certainly knows how to stir things up, and I want to develope my take on him to see if intenionally winds people up or this is truly his personality? And, it does appear that more is happening on this Soi. Isn't this the Soi that the Edens Pattaya will be on? And, it already has Lolita's. Rockin'
  6. Me too, I wanted to come by your bar and had it on my "to do list" in November, but just never got that far. I wish you luck and keep promoting in this section and I am sure if the quality of your ladies holds up you will be getting more board members to stop in. I have already heard about the great food. Good Luck! Rockin'
  7. Bitchy! Bitchy! I don't see Martin having any objections to Alan Lad posting his events, so why should you guy's? If it bothers you, don't read the threads. Simple enough, me thinks.
  8. Mulphy: Very Good post! I have only been to Lolita's but I can assure you on my next visit I will make it a point to come and check out the Soi. And, who knows, I might even stop in at The Rockhouse? Rockin'
  9. Well, doesn't apply to me as I am usually in bed by 2 AM being all loved up! The only time I stay out that late, I guaratee you that I already have a lady in tow for most of the evening, and it usually is a party night at some club.
  10. ATM Thailand. Don't use them. Never have and never will. To risky. Too many horror stories over the last several years. Same thing for credit cards. Maybe more of a pain in the ass for some, buit TC's for me is the only way to go. Never a problem.
  11. Mulphy: Hmm, Sucking up Secrets ass again? Curious as to what you have against Secrets? And, if you can be civilized, I would like for you to tell me what the Rock House offers that would entice me to go out of my way to come and visit your establisment? I await your reply. Rockin'
  12. Yep, suggest you do your homework before knocking a place!
  13. I was in town last year, but damn it, I was singing and didn't get a chance to get out and about, and I also screwed up as it was my last night in town and I had an early plane, so this factor also kept me from getting out and about more. I got the date confused! Not this year! Gonna enjoy it all! Beautiful ladies in their traditional Thai clothes! Lovely! Rockin'
  14. No problem. Just be nice, smile laugh, show a good personality, spend your money and have the time of your life. Look up Rob's trip reports if you want to see the fun and the beautiful women one Black American has! He is a cool dude and the ladies love him! I know a group of Black American's that come to Pattaya together 3 or 4 times a year and they have no problems. But, as with everything else, it is the lady who decides who she wants to be with. Just be a gentleman and you will have no problem. Rockin'
  15. Drop it. A No Win situation. The 100 baht is nothing, the bruise will disappear. A big deal at the time, but in the greater scheme of things? Rockin'
  16. Mr. Viking: Question: Were you intoxicated? Seems quite queer that someone would enter your room while your are sleeping, unless they saw you really pissed, prior to entering your room. Rockin'
  17. Soi 7: What is the rate for US dollar? Rockin'
  18. Lot's of great advice! Yes, Pattaya is safe if you let common sense prevail. If you are the conservative, cautious type person at home and you apply the same princliples here, you will do just fine. If you stay to the tourist areas of town, you will do fine. Do' adn Don't have already been posted, but this again applies to common sense. Just remember that you are a visitor in a foreign country. Act accordingly. It's been said many, many times before that the most danger you will probably face is crossing 2nd Road. Rockin'
  19. Florida Guy: On the subject of Singha, I will repeat my story as I recently posted it but can't find the thread. Gettin old, I guess? I have always been pretty regular with bowel movemnt. Once a day and normal. Pattaya after a couple of days I get loose, which progresses to looser and 3 to 4 times a day. I attributed this to a change of diet and eating some Thai food as well. I drank Singha. One night this past trip an Expat friend living in BKK and I hooked up in Pats. We were having a drink at my hotel bar. I grimaced and he asked What's wrong? Told him I had to head to the room
  20. OK. Been thinking about posting, telling you my story, and asking a question. I am a beer drinker. I believe in drinking beer from the country that I visit. Why? I can drink Budweiser at home, or Heiniken. Anyway, I drank Singha on all my trips. I went to the toliet 2 or 3 times a day and my bowels were loose, very loose. One day I farted and it was super wet and soiled my underwear. Lucky I was still at the hotel to take care of the problem. I just chalked the loose bowels to the change in diet, never thinking it had any connection to the Singha beer. However, on this last trip I
  21. Adam 66: I read your post and saw that it did not belong here in this section. As has been pointed out to you-No Bar or Bargirl discussion allowed here. The thread was moved to the Member's section. See a sister thread on this heading to tell you how to join if you have not already done so. It's free. Rockin'
  22. KingMonkey: Thank you must have your hotels mixed up. It is a known fact that the Woodlands does not want BG's brought to their hotel and if you are going to do this, it is going to cost you a joiner fee. This is nothing new for this hotel and this policy has been in effect for the past several years that I am personally aware of. The Woodlands hotel has come up many times in the past several years on this as well as other boards and ALL replies have stated that a joiner fee is required. I stayed there 7-years ago and a fee was required then. Rascall states that he was there in
  23. Woodlands is TOTALLY family oriented. If you are taking wife/children, OK. They do not want bar ladies at the Woodlands. I am not sure, but the last I heard they are totally prohibited. I know that in past years they wanted a 500b joiner fee each night you brought a lady in. Also, the lady had to leave early in the morning, and could not enjoy any of the hotel accomodations such as the restaurant, let alone the pool. For a family, OK if you want to be in that part of town. For a monger, no way. Rockin'
  24. Yes, read a lot of posts from BigD that were not negative and very informative. Rockin'
