    The beer mats are double sided, Green, for 'Looking' and Red, for 'Chilling' so people can see if you are looking for someone or not. They also have a "hello' drink system, whereby you can send a drink to the person of your choice and the staff will serve it to them.

    For visiting temples smart / casual dress is respectful, but of course as with entering any dwelling, shoes must be left outside. Shorts are O.K. for daytime but from experience, wear long trousers at night, or the Mossies will have a field day with your legs. Personally, i hate to see guys with no shirt on in restaurants, (girls dressed like this are fine by me ) Keep clothing light and comfortable, showers are taken several times a day here, the problem is, that as you are drying yourself off, you start sweating again.

    Similar happened to me in New Inn they had a new waitress who is no longer there. She asked for us to order via Menu numbers. No 150 was the sandwich I wanted No 152 was to add Lettuce to the sandwich (free) So I said Loy Ha sip + Loi Ha Sip Song. I got 2 sandwiches one with lettuce one without. "Loy Ha sip - 150 + Loi Ha Sip Song - 152" Perhaps i'm begining to think like them but to me, you got what you ordered.

    Thank your missus for saving me some steak, although i could not get there 'til late i still enjoyed it. The girls were having a great time singing and you didn't do so bad yourself Ron. The girl's new 'Chanpen' tops arrived while i was there too. I just managed to get home before the downpour. Looking forward to the next one.

    Sounds good to me, i'll be there when i finish work. I hope there's a few scraps left over, and i'm looking forward to meeting the new girls. I'm sure Andy & Flo will be there in spirit, we'll drink a toast to them.

    How much of this is all hype, create enough of a buzz around something and it's suddenly the latest 'must have' regardless if it's any good or not, if you're seen with one you're 'cool' the latest fashion accessory.

    Popped in there a few months ago to check out the band, i don't know why, but i ordered a bottle of San-Mig. it was just short of 300 Baht and the band were below average. 1st and last visit for me.
