Hi fellow BM's I am interested in accomodation options, and opinions in general regarding Naklua. I am actually wanting accomodation well away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya, but close enough for a taxi ride in to town when the urge strikes me! I am assuming at this point that there is some type of bar scene, and massage joints in Naklua, but on a way smaller scale than in the heart of town? Is that correct? Also are there a choice of eating venues in and around Naklua. I did the "Mapjack" look around, but not really knowing my way around Naklua made that a bit point

She runs here in Adelaide again tomorrow, they are predicting another bumper (30,000) crowd to attend Morphettville.... then off to the old dart. I think she will clean them up over there as well, will be watching with interest!!

Agree with Jacko on this one. You may as well head straight to Pattaya. Try Mr T, or even your hotel, they may provide a pick up service. You will still get to Patts in time for a S/S/S and have plenty of time to hit Walking Street. Cluster

You can try the Golf Club also on Soi LK Metro - next to the devils den. Probably a bit more expensive, but its very well organised.

I don't think the OP is a troll, just a newbie who has been "blown away" by his first Pattaya impressions. I can be a bit overwhelming. We were all newbies once. Take the advice here mate from MM & evil. Go at your own pace, sit relax have a beer, let the girls pick you & see where it goes. If you want to quickly "bust a nut" soi 6 is your spot. If ypu want some company for the night, look around. If you do go for the dream teen massage - I would be interested to know what you think! Cheers Cluster

I know a guy who used to apply the 10 second rule when golfing. Quite simply if he hit the ball (poorly) and could get to his ball & play another shot within 10 seconds, it only counted as 1 shot. That's the 10 second rule! Cluster

Hey Mate I stayed there in June/July 09 - I thought it was fine. I had the deluxe room, which was very spacious. I had no real noise issue, other than the kitchen staff moving chair's in the dining room and scraping the chair legs along the floor (my room was right beneath), the bed was very hard - but I got used to that. All things considered I think its a good hotel. Its a little out of the way, but I saw that as a good thing, its quiter at night I expect in the immediate area than the hotels on the beach side of 2nd road. But its only a 1 minute walk to the Avenues/Second Road. And

Hell yeah I'll be watching - be great to see some of the Aussie's in the hunt @ Augusta - given no Aussie has ever won there. Baddely may be an outside chance, or Adam Scott if he can make some putts. Cluster

Yep have to agree - golf is probably the most frustrating sport/recreation there is..... but then again, every so often, you actually hit one so sweet.... the game sucks you in. Just like a few BG's I know!! Cheers Cluster

Well the pain is finally over - The English have well and truely beaten us 3-1, and completely outplayed our boys along the way. Conratulations to all involved from the old dart!
