Great idea Some bars,naming none,totaly forget that some expats have mates who spend big on their holidays,and these guys are the ones to home into. When my mate from Bangkok comes over he spends 100,000 baht in less than one month on booze/ladies.

Already booked my cheap charlie flight 33,290 baht,stopping at my mums,so another cheap charlie stunt lol

The assumption is that it is a gift,u have to prove its not,a big difference

It gets a bit sticky on my 10k walks Jacko lol.First time in 9 years living here,that i stick on some factor 25 when i do my walks,it feels boiling hot at the moment.

A great party atmosphere,shame about the power cutwas a great sauna lol.Hope u have many more mate

Cant believe u are having a 2 year party,doesnt seem that long u have been open.Must try and come monday with some mates,as i think u are doing a great job,promoting your business.As times are hard,u are an inspiration to bar owners around Pattaya. Some havent got a clue how to run a bar,and start moaning cos their bar isnt busy, your attitude and hard work are admirable

good shout. The staff arent very good and try to sell u different vthan u asked for,but good stocks and reasonable prices.Only been twice,one for heart burn tablets and one for Enos but know quite a few who use them regualr.

So that was u i saw last week,with food in your ears,as u missed your mouth,looking at a pretty thing lol lol

thats sounds interesting.I normaly go to manchester via etihad,qatar or uae,for my yearly visit to super stoke.Usualy a great trip and getting off half way is ok to stretch the legs,and breaks the journey up nicely

My last bill was 1,700 baht.Only use aircon in one bedroom,if its realy hot but ceiling fans and movable fans seem to keep us cool.3 of us showering at least 3 days a day each,and pc on 24/7,so not too bad for a 2 bedroom bungalow.Also i have 2 security lights on all night so not bad realy

I was in the uk a few months ago and 280 baht is cheap for indian food.I paid 78 quid for 4 of us,only one drink each too,bloody expensive in the uk for curries now

Went to Benihani(sp) a few days ago,cost about 7,000 baht for 4 of us,the beer was 210 baht a bottle though.Amazing tastes,will defo go again

A great value for a sunday roast is nana bar and cheese shop on soi khao noi,only 175 baht for pork and beef,huge plate,due to a very large yorkshire pudding. unfortunately they were very busy and undercooked some pork,andi had half on my plate,very chewy.Overall i will try again,maybe have the chicken or get some sample of the pork before i order,as i know nick and simon quite well.

Touch wood no probs for me,just some massive hangovers,as a few mates are over on a long hyoliday,so more nights out,more booze

right opposite soi excite,there is a road,off 3rd road,by the 7/11,a few hundred yeards on the lfet there is a pool repair shop and they sell cues too.

The secret is bar hop,many hidden gems,a huge variation in alcohol pricing and lady drink pricing,the empty bars show how much a beer is lol.My night varies from 35 baht sangsom,soda and 40 baht for a lipo,still the strongest in the first bar,to 90 baht for a sangom coke and 90 baht to 170 baht for a lady drink,bar girl friends have beers for the same price as i pay,and owners wives a defo friend price not lady drink price

What bars do u go in Jacko?????,or do u head for WS go-go bars when out in Pattaya

very good post.I think many of the expats who arent alcos,are realistic rather than cynical,but realism can be called cynisism,by the half empty glass brigade.Every time i go back to England to visit the family/friends,i am gagging to come back after a week due to my life here.Many say Pattaya isnt the same,of course thats true,the same as most places on the planet,but i think its changed for the good overall,even seeing the hordes of russians,Indonesians,Indians,Koreans etc etc,very good for many thai shops,BUT NOT GOOD FOR FARANG BARS,THE THAIS NEED LESS MONEY TO SURVIVE,AND THEY WILL..

I dont go to walking st very much,purely as it bores the shit out of me now,too touristy,and looks delapidated now.When i first came here,my evenings were spent in WS,ESPECIALY THE GO-GO BARS,but my voyeristic (sp) addiction waned over the years.I love to bar hop too,so havent realy got a regualr drinking hole,but always see some hidden gems,not for me of course lol

asked the TGF yesterday and she said nobody at her school was ill. U been prowling the schools again Jacko heheheheheheheh

The menu is very extensive,and looks value for money too
