The newer e-passports have a chip. They tend to be allergic to being stapled. Could be the reason why they no longer staple the TM6.

errr . . . The runways would change numbers from east to west, so 9L would be 27R Swampy's runways are 19R-01L and 19L-01R and run in parallel so have a Right and Left.

As Bizzjet has mentioned, sounds like buffering or spooling. A solution is to Pause the video on YouTube. The video pauses, but the buffering still continues. When you then un-pause [play] the video, it will play through. You can have multiple windows (or tabs) loading (buffering) YouTube videos in the background, whilst your watching others. Cheers
