I stay at the Canterbury Tales Cafe most trips and Dave has some reasonable deals on most of the time, I have a room with big bedroom and separate lounge lounge, all the normal stuff like a safe, free wifi, sofa, tv & dvd player, a/c and fan etc all for 400 baht a night on a monthly rate. have a look at the site www.canterburytalescafe.com

BKK has three main problems for the tourists, no beach and high pollution and traffic that makes you cry.

If you have not experienced Sonkran then you have missed out, its carnival time in Thailand and the greatest fun.

Mr T has never let me down Dave as you know, when you have booked him to pick me up from the airport.

Its been well talked about that Pattaya/Thailand has realized it is missing out on a huge Tourist market in couples and families, thats why the Beach road are is slowly getting cleaned up and such as Central mall to lure such people. The soi Baukao area is growing all the time and this area will be the future of Pattaya Monger's heaven.

Some of the bars round there need new ideas, many bars with some good ones and some empty ones because they have little to offer. Same in most areas by the way.

Well this is me far laft, many people know I am a pal of Dave and he runs a good business, as for bikes I always warn people if they are not experienced dont drive one here in Thailand, if you really have to use a reputable company with all their business in order such as Mai Pang who have been going for many years. I can be found very often in Canterbury Tales Cafe or on the lash with Dave and a few others, pop in and say Hello and I will introduce myself but please dont call me a liar, sound like paranoia is contagious.

I have had too many buffet breakfasts where the food sits there while the insects fly round it and it gets re heated again and again, when you order a breakfast in other places at least its cooked to order.
