Jacko, do you ride a bicycle or a motorbike? I will be buying a bicycle after i arrive in the Pattaya-Jomtien area for retirement. For local trips, daily errands, sight seeing and a tiny bit of exercise. Anyone currently doing this? Please feel free to give me feed-back. Thank you all in advance.

Yes I could "get by" on 25 baht to the us dollar, but I do not desire to pinch my pennies and just get by, lol lol lol. For my own personal monetary situation the difference between 25 and 34 baht to the us dollar is tremendous.

yes, nice steady climb. As I stated before I am hoping for 34.1 or better by years end when I make my move to Thailand.

I just checked the baht and it sirs at 33.30 this morning. Methodical climb upwards over the past month or so.
