from WIKI The 777-200LR is the world's longest-range airliner and holds the record for longest distance flown by a non-stop commercial aircraft,[6][7] with the demonstrated capability to fly more than halfway around the world.

zero out of 6 for me. Arent cigs and booze comparatively cheap there already? -
Fuel has been expensive for years now. Why can't they just separate taxes and airport fees ? I hate looking at "cheap" flights that aren't the cheapest once fees are added. I remember a $29 flight from Toronto to Montreal. was something like $249 (typical fare). once everything was added on.

used mr Toom twice after seeing many recommendations. He's a nice enough guy, price was fine and you can talk to him in person but.... he just hires guys with their own cars (my exp anyway) they were typical Thai drivers who got lost, drove like maniacs and we also had a breakdown on the way to the airport.

Most Airlines I've flown suck big time (United, American, Continental, China Eastern.) but keeping the price down is important to me. This trip Cathay Pacific is what came up almost as cheap as the others and I couldn't be more thrilled.. It has only one stop in HK rather than 2 which are usually Chicago and Narita. I like JAL, ANA and Thai for a better overall exp.

ate there once. Crispy duck and pancakes wasn't crispy. If it wasn't for the Hoisin sauce (from a jar) it would've been completely tasteless. Prawn fried rice was big lovely prawns served on what basically tasted like steamed rice. Singapore noodles had almost no taste as well, very little curry.

yes In tools it may still come up as default until you change it. That's why it worked until you shut it down. -

Im not the brightest techie but perhaps you need to go in the tools and remove ie or google as your default browser, in chrome go to tools , then options, then basics, then change your default browser. -
on average "lesser" joints don't have joiners fees. If they did it would work against them and they certainly wouldn't get my custom.
