way more than 4 have tix. about 50-50, i know coz my wife's cousin has season tix. ovie sucks as a human, great player but unlikeable. taking shots? i was a goalie with no mask and home made equipment on outdoor rinks in montreal back when... yes, many stick blocks but a lot of others. of course montreal has a tradition of playing with passion. cheers

joe, there are still 800K anglos living in Montreal. The crowd was right, he does suck. Blocking shots is really taking one for the team. It takes guts because they aren't armoured like goalies. Heart and soul won over petulant superstars. Habs don't have to win the cup this year, I'm happy with this one beating all expectations.

Canucks sucked last night. Coyotes hanging tough, Habs pretty well gone now. Sabres-Broons, who cares? Neither will go far. Pens looking good, Caps too. Devils-Flyers, no cup winner there. Sharks may get by Avs but will choke next round. Hawks should dispatch the Predos. Games are on every night now in Canada.

Seaside is ok for me, not the best but lots of it for about 150THB. I like P&W too but beer is rip off price IMO.

Good one last night between the Canucks and Kings. Kings didn't quit and pulled out a victory. They are better than I thought. Habs had the Caps by the nutz most of the game then they traded the lead back and forth. Caps bagged the win 31 secs. into OT. Too bad the Habs could have gone home up two-zip. Detroit is lurking.

I was last there in 2006 when I was going between Hua Hin and Pattaya. I rented for a month, paid 5K + water and electric and left stuff in loom when I was off to HH. My month came to 6700 all in - 216THB a day. Hard to beat.

I stayed there a few times and it was just fine, I had better rooms than the one pictured. I was always on the back side with birds and trees outside the window and no street noise. Location is great and the staff were always really nice and cooperative though there was one pompuey cleaner who was a bit insistent about getting a shag.

In December I booked two rooms for 4 nights in BKK through Agoda then cancelled one night (both rooms) of the four. The refund was back on my credit card within 48 hours. Just my experience, I would use them again.

I don't get why women want to play hockey. I mean, we don't give a fuck about playing ringette. The women look ok against other women but they would not give a top Junior A team any trouble. And while on topic, it was nice to see us beat the Yanks for the gold but they deserve credit, they didn't quit (although their tying goal was scored by Parise whose parents are Canadian).
