  1. Any branch of MBE will handle it for you. There are several in Pattaya. Mailbox Etc - Chonburi
  2. I don't know if it's on True. It's being transmitted live on Supersport - I'm getting it on Astro. Coverage starts at 01:45 Thai clock.
  3. Have you tried Google? Thailand AND adoption, throws up a whole host of information on the procedures. As for agencies, only four are recognised but you can do it yourself through the Department of Social Development and Welfare (DSDW), specifically its Child Adoption Board (CAB).
  4. Yes, that's what you said when Mike Lee offered to front England's bid. Bad call on your part. Ooops .... another bad call on your part. England had David "Brylcreem" Beckham and Prince Who?, whilst Qatar had Zidane, de Boer, Guardiola, Batistuta etc etc. Get the idea? They addressed all those issues in their bid document. There, I fixed it for you. I find it laughable that you continually harp on about corruption in FIFA when the main man in your bid team (Sebastian) was the previous head of FIFA's Ethics Committee. Why don't you highlight corruption within the IOC? After all, you suggested that having stadia already in place was a requirement to put on a major sporting event. Or does that only apply to those pesky Arabs? As for your 40 degrees plus argument - you fucked that argument up when you chose Qatar over Wembley to play Brazil last time round.
  5. Followed immediately by Wan Khao Pansa on Sat, 16 Jul - the beginning of Buddhist Lent. It's one of the four designated Buddhist "no-selling alcohol" days in the Alcohol Control Act. "Clause 1. There shall be no person selling alcoholic beverage on Magha Puja Day, Visakha Puja Day, Asalha Puja Day, and Buddhist Lent Day."
  6. I think you're being a bit selective with your criticism. Qatar's successful bid for 2022 was put in place by an Englishman. Are you suggesting/inferring he, and the rest of the bid team, were/are corrupt? Obviously, FIFA's own Ethics Committee must take some responsibility. Who was the Chairperson again?
  7. Don't mention it. It wasn't exactly difficult. I liked Leahy's quip about the ten A380s being for an unidentified customer.
  8. There was nothing "questionable" about his post, least of all his honesty! All that was highlighted, again, is that you, in common with the other two stooges, are ill-informed, if informed at all.
  9. I think you should, as any honorable man would, apologise to The Fiend for questioning his integrity. Of course, you can provide evidence to prove otherwise.
  10. Tony, I would have thought that, as a hotel owner, you would realise that blackout linings perform two functions - they keep out the light AND HEAT. If the punter is paying for the electric separately, it's not a big issue. If you're picking up the tab, it should be.
  11. I've never forgiven the bastard!
  12. Just go to the Air Asia website and put in your dates. I can't see what you achieve by doing the booking in Thailand rather than UK.
  13. I'd be willing to bet my house that I've been to loads more European games supporting English teams than you have.
  14. The 2014 final is being played in Dubai.
  15. I thought he was English but can fully understand him wanting folk to think otherwise. Which gets to the point - who did those bastards at the FA bribe to get the Champions League Final again in 2013? The 150th Anniversary thing is bollocks - if that was the case, the final should be played at Hampden.
  16. What are your actual rates? Like most folk, I'm not in town, but like info about good quality accommodation.
  17. It wasn't a criticism, it was a comment. But you expect people to book "without actually seeing". You do realise this is the Hotels and Accommodation Section, don't you? There is another section for business owners to promote parties at their bars and gogos.
  18. Sorry, the OP mentioned ... "Pattaya Holiday Lodge is located on 3rd road and offers probably the best value accommodation in town at best prices Our rooms start from only 550 baht per night, and we do offer weekly, monthly and long term rates which include everything. No more to pay", followed by pictures of the rooms. If you didn't want people to comment on your rooms you shouldn't have mentioned them, or posted pics of them, in the OP.
  19. Ditto .... nice as the hotel/rooms are, the curtains make it a non-starter in my book.
  20. I thought that Budweiser was Belgian-owned these days.
  21. 49.56 at Kasikorn for TCs. The GBP seems to have settled around 48.50-49.50 (rates on the street) for a few weeks now.
  22. I've no idea what it was .... it has produced a whole lot of smoke that is still belching out which makes it difficult to get an accurate fix where the source is - and possibly makes it look worse than it actually is.
  23. Whatever it was has made a bit of a mess ...
  24. Something has just exploded across from my condo in Hat Yai .... No idea what it was at the moment .... looks to be near the bus station.
  25. First class looks the same as Singapore's biz class on it's A380s.
