I love and appreciate very very cold beer .....i find it very hard to find in LOS, and I believe that putting ice in the draft beer is what give's one the "shits".....I will always drink at a bar that serves very cold beer , and will recommend it to all my friends, but the problem is, very cold beer is very hard to find in Pattaya. Chivas, I just spent close to 3 months there from The beginning of March 2007- the end of May 2007. I had a studio apartment near the goverment building near "Klang mai" which ran me 6000b a month, but it had a "kitchen" unit......I'd rather spend my money in Pattaya or BKK, Korat is boring in my opinion, but if you need any more info let me know and I'll get ya something written up, just pm me. Shilo, I also fly an American flag for now and will be in LOS this coming Feb-May to set-up my move there...........I'm only 41 and sick and tired of the B.S. here............I smile everyday when in Thailand, even on my worst day there is way better than my best day here...........unless "if" I hit the lottery here I won't have a shitload of money to throw around and I'll be in Korat, but I WILL BE HAPPY I also had doubts and reservations for a while...............but I know what makes me happy................you don't have to live in Pattaya, ask Gary or Larry. I stayed there a few years back................I would not stay there again since I can find much better for the same/lower price..........unless if they have performed some serious renovations and hired new cleaning ladies................she just kept insisting on cleaning the room as early as possible and would knock every few hours to do so until I just got up and let her, guess she had to be home for lunch, not worth my dime there.

I always take the bus, it's about the same amount of time and a lot cheaper, only drawback is if you;re dragging a lot of luggage around it's a pain in the ass, but like i said if money is an issue then nothing beats it. travlling.......

If you have a long term visa due to marriage, are there any stipulations on leaving and returning to Thailand freely? Example> marriage visa in hand, it's valid, could I exit and return to Thailand or do I need to pay an entry fee?
