There seems to be a question if Bob's BBQ has shut down? I've never eaten there but I thought I'd bring the Great American Rib Company up to the top of the pile if someone is interested in great tasting BBQ down Jomtiem way. During my last few trips I make a point of going there at least twice during my stay in Pattaya. Well worth the trip.

I needed to revise my arrival date to 22 September. Same flight and arrival time.

Share a ride using BM lostinspace car service. Cold beer provided. I arrive on UA 881 11;10 PM on 22 September. I've made a reservation with Mr Dream Transport now that lostinspace has shut down.

I fly UA out of Philly to BKK. I'm a premier executive in their ff program. I pay for two and the third one is free. I always get exit row and when I fly the SFO leg I usually get upgraded to first class. When I fly international I get to use the Red Carpet Club. The reason I mention all of the above. If you know any guest house owner's, I'd check with them to see who they use for AC service. I've found that companies that provide good after the sale service are the ones to go with. BTW I sent you a PM with the owner's phone number of a local guest house. Call Pete and tell him Denny asked you to call. If He's not available ask for Wan his wife. She speaks good English and knows who they use for service.

I use a fellow BM service. So far lostinspace has been reliable. His wife Jan does the driving in a newish Toyota extended cab pickup with a covered pickup bed. She speaks good English and is a SAFE driver. Their service is based in Pattaya so she knows her way around. Theres a dental office across from Tropical Bert's on 2nd Rd. I had a root canal and crown done for $500USD. Dentist was a women who spoke excellent English. My local Doc checked her work and said it was first rate.

Couple of weeks ago, I compared the Great American Rib Companies offering to Tequila Reef's I thought the American Rib was head and shoulders above the Reef. The ribs at the Reef was overcooked and dry.
