There is absolutely no requirement to pre-book anything before going to Koh Samet, you can simply go to eg "Malibu Travel" and book/pay for a mini-bus to the ferry and arrive on the Island unheralded. Heather, Rooms are supposed to be very good and restruant has excellent recommendations, rooms around 850 bht, don't know if monthly rates available! Have you checked next door "POOKS", good cheap rooms,(so I've been told) I'm certain your better half would find it eye-opening!

7 have been named isn't that enough? There are others that have "Discreet" entrances particulary for after hours use.Personally I have never been ashamed of any lady I have been in the company of and therefore have no use of a separate entrance!
