The latest debacle in this ongoing saga was "Trans-globals" advertised "Service"! 1st trip took off to Bangkok but did not return,leaving passengers stranded and having to purchase alternative fares! Like "Joe" said it's never going to happen,at least not in the next 20+ years!

Located on Soi3 and is run/owned by a London Geezer by the name of Willie. Pretty basic rooms,no lifts but excellent friendly bar with constant stream of knowledgeable customers! Well worth a visit or two.

Maybe you are referring to the S.C. apartments near the George & Dragon? If so there might be a report on them as B.M. "Sa-teef" used to stay there,unfortunately they don't have a web-site.

Just taken off of expedia.co.nz This is the cheapest available and with Air N.Z. Auck-Perth roundtrip in Nov ie leave Auck Nov10th return perth Nov17th cost NZ$1050,maybe better to check the "ZUJI" Australian site!

Sent E-mail to them regarding a 1 month stay in Oct/Nov and reply was NO MONTHLY rates given,and were in the process of increasing their rates also. Already charging plenty in that location IMHO!

Hi Guys Been looking at this place's web-site and seems excellent value,but it's only a web site.Am looking for a place for 1 month (Oct/Nov) anybody have information or stayed there recently? Thanks. Any further recommendations gratefully recieved around the 18,000 all inclusive,(not Naklua or Jomtien).

With all this talk about exorbitant prices of airfares,I was amazed to find a fare from Auckland-Bangkok on expedia for Oct/Nov which at NZ$965 R/T was cheaper than 3 years ago. Whilst it is only of use to the small amount of Kiwi mongers and involves an aircraft change in Brunei (1+ hour on ground only) both ways,it goes to show that there are still bargains out there if you can pay and get time off at a moments notice. This fare was also available from Austalia but involved a lengthy layover (17 hours).

Don't be to hard on them as I believe the owners are Sri Lankans! Did you manage to ascertain the location?

Just come across this new place's web-site and really very hard to interpret or understand.The place is apparantly a sister venture for the owners of "Thompson house" on Soi Buakoua,but whereas that is a budget guesthouse this place appears to be very upmarket. On their site it states that Monthly rates vary with room sizes being either 15000/18000/30000 dependant on views etc.The baffling thing to me is it states the room sizes as being either 90 sq metres or a whopping 190 square metres,this I cannot believe! If anybody has seen this place,or has further details ie utilities,linen/clea

Pasadena has small rooms and no pool! Nicely furnished but IMO very overpriced!

Plenty of nude dancing,amount of girls and quality varies nightly.Overall a good place to wile away a couple of hours,pity about the location though! If possible try to attend on a Mon/Wed/Fri as LVP is there and really tries to make you comfortable,also ask him for a "VIP discount card".

Surely I am misreading your post as it comes accross as if you have been ripped off a FEW times by the same scam.If so you sure are a "Bugger for punishment" as the saying goes!

The only bad thing I've heard,whether true or not,is they have a "Joiner Fee" and it appears according to some that it attracts family groups!

Try Thomson and the one next door on Soi Buk, both in your price range! Also "Tycoon" and "Nirum" Plenty about if you take the time to search properly,however you only get what you pay for!
