MY what an impressive looking 92 sq mt suite,at the Agoda price the deal indeed looks a bargain!Although not the ideal situation looks handy as baht buses almost pass by the door! Was interested so looked up the Agoda/precision/planet rates,all same but very much more expensive for a 1 month stay than their own promotional rates on their Web-site,which I found strange! Looks a good choice who knows might even see you as April is my intended arrival also!

One thing that has put me off before I even get a reply is their policy of paying in FULL prior to even booking in!

Mate my post was in no way critical of the room price for a few days,however nowadays in Pattaya I have come to expect to accept a good discount for a 1 month stay. Even big chains ie "Flipper & Eastiny" groups have the stay 7 pay 5/6 during low season,and MANY places will discount to the tune of even 60% from the daily "Rack" rate! The guesthouse rooms that I stay usually just around the corner (LKMetro) are very much bigger and better furnished than the Honey de-luxe rooms and are 30% cheaper by the month,also no utilities extras charged! This place has actually been open since May 06 according to the web site.The price of a standard room quoted on site is 2000bht a night even in low season,will send E-mail regarding longer stay rates and post response!

Just had a reply to a query sent to them enquiring price of rooms for 1 month in May (low season)! Reply was Standard room 15,000 bht De luxe room 21,000 bht No discount whatsoever so won't get me or many others for longer than a few days I would imagine.At those prices many more superior dwellings are available!

I take it that you do not recommend this place then? Thanks for your thoughts as I too was seriously considering it as their web-site makes it appear to be a bargain,nothing beats personal experience!

Sorry but would have to disagree with the "Large room" comment! How can you call a 20/26 sq met room "Large" unless you are a dwarf! IMO certainly overpriced for this reason and in this location (although I like location)! Best thing going for it is the elevator!

Cannot agree with this as in my experience most Western currencies are very easy to exchange at all sites,even my Kiwi mickey mouse notes!Suggest O.P. just brings whatever currency he has on hand!

I chose to download the "Codec" option and after 1st phase it advised me to un-install my real player, is this indeed necessary or needed? Plus I pay a small monthly fee for the genuine "Real" non service, so should I be able to play the movies as advertised on their site thru this new alternative?
