This place looks quite reasonable, until one reads the small print.Firstly NO weekly/Monthly rates are offered,not even a small consideration is offered. Secondly something I have NEVER seen before in Pattaya/LOS, although they state that the rates are "All inclusive" underneath in small print is that ELECTRICITY is charged at 8 BHT a unit,on DAILY rates, WTF I hope this crap does not catch on! Finally I have just today received a very nice embossed membership card,plus 2 smaller ones,postage paid by them (18 bht) but as far as I can determine no financial benefits forthcoming! Strange si

Agree 100% but from here (NZ) being such a small market they show no inclination towards doing this until very near flight date when they can see that it will be half empty,of course by then to late for most people! The only airline here that offers sensible fares is Royal Brunei which I used last Oct/Nov and found their service surprisingly 2nd to none! Only drawback was a 4am departure time but more than made up for by a NOON arrival in LOS !

I have stayed in LKMetro for my last 6 visits,and have NEVER paid more than 500 bht ++ on a monthly basis,and would see no justification in paying more! This post is absolutely useless and without NAMING & SHAMING these greedy establishments is nothing more to me than shit stirring! I do know of 2 relative new places (Ownership) that have increased to around 800 on a monthly basis,but 1200 a nite,com'n please tell in fairness to the others! My exact same experience,except foolishly I paid knowing no better at that time! As far as I'm aware it's STILL an ongoing project with no end in site,or price reduction as long as the stupid asian tour groups are herded there! IMHO 200 bht for farang and 20 bht for local would be more than enough to pay to view a giant crumbling jigsaw puzzle!

I had same trouble with "Metropole" last year,and despite enlisting MM's assistance (query at reception) still no reply! Have had same problem at another in same group,seems like they have an appalling record in this department! One reason suggested is that whoever is supposed to be looking after this area is no rocket scientist and rather than ask for assistance as this would entail "Losing Face" the E-mails are quickly deleted! Seems reasonable Thai Logic to me!

Hi Guys Just some advice needed,in the last few weeks my Video Tape recorder (6 heads?) has been MAKING RATTLING SOUNDS WHEN ON REWIND ESPECIALLY and even during recording to a minor degree. Also the quality of the recorded tapes is now very patchy at best. I put this down initially to old worn tape and bought new ones.However 1st time I recorded same results and after checking tape found that the lower part was damaged and not smooth like the rest. Could this possibly be that the heads need cleaning or is it a sign of something more serious? Appreciate any advice,Thanx in a

I wouldn't worry chances are you'll see further reductions before you leave! Keep your eyes on the Royal Brunei fares,they usually bring out specials around mid January onwards!

"Not much on it" is an overstatement! There's NOTHING on it,I would have thought that if you want to entice punters to this area spending a few $'s on quality web-site with many pictures and etc is essential! Maybe it's a case of nobody to photograph as the last pictured advert I saw of this place a few months ago was sadly lacking of quality pussy!
