Koh Samet I really enjoy for a few days relaxation,however if possible avoid weekends (sat/sun) as it gets crowded and accommodation is scarce and expensive!

It's my understanding that they insist on a 10,000 bht "Deposit" on a Monthly stay,which to me makes it a no go!

Penthouse is 1 st class DUMP!

On a monthly rental do you charge for Elect/Water etc and how often is linen changed! Finally room size? Looking at 4/6 week stay in April/May!

Web-site being used is still the old "Stereo" one.Rooms essentually the same except been redecorated.Monthly room rates all year round are 11/12/13000 respectively depending on room size,plus water 300 bht approx and elect at 7 bht a unit! I had room 1 on the 1st floor,large room (46 sq mets) plus huge well furnished balcony overlooking "Club Blu" and Lkmetro/buachao junction! www.stereolounge.com

Hi guys Just returned today after 26 days in Pattaya! Can recommend 100% "The Liquid Lounge" particulary if you can take the "Monthly Offer"! Large very well furnished rooms,enormous comfortable bed and excellent position. Also cannot speak highly enough of Mr T's taxi service,after arriving I went to pay for my room and horror of horrors I had lost my wallet,could only have fell from my pocket either on aircraft or in taxi.With the assisstance of owners at L.L. Mr T was contacted and he in turn phoned the driver who searched his taxi and found my wallet,returning it CO

Surprisingly "Joe" we agree on all this,and with his latest banal request to close the thread,IMHO will only serve to heap yet more ridicule against him! Seems strange he can "Dish it out",yet starts throwing his toys out of his pram when criticised for his STUPID blunder. Honey Inn offer NO discounts for long stays,their daily rate is not negotable. Also "atharrysplace.com" is well above the 12000 bht ceiling.

Hi Guys Am arriving soon for a 26 day stay and am "Armed" with certicates for 2x1 days free stay (except for vat & service charge) at one of the following 3 hotels in Pattaya thanks to TG's Rewards program! 1/Mercure 2/ Sheraton 3/ Dusit Am trying to decide which 1 or 2 to stay at and ask for advice as to value,joiner fees,etc although certificate clearly points out that the booking is for 2 people. My 4th choice is the Dusit on Koh Chang which I am also considering! Any advice appreciated as I can leave the reservation until I arrive as requirement is for onl

Suspect you might be referring to a guesthouse on the left of the LKMetropol entrance, near where the "Volkswagon" piss-up wagon parks? If so a mate of mine stayed there in May,it was cheap and he got just what he paid for,very mediocre and really not good for longer than a couple of days!
