No monthly, I asked and got one of those Thai logic answers. I walked in and got my rate, stay 6 nights and get the 7th free(and I also used the member card).

I stayed at the Summer Spring on and off during July and August 2010. I liked the hotel, it was quiet and right near Beach Road. Paid 6600 baht a week (special rate during low season and you could buy a member card for 300 baht that gave you 100 baht off per night) They have wifi and gave you some promotion with so many hours free each time you asked (they usually charge). The wifi wasn't that good so I always connected to the nearby Holiday Inn. In room safe Elevator Pool Coffee Shop and room service(I never used) and of course guest friendly. For all of you that will say "it's too far from Walking Street " I didn't think so. It's not far at all to catch a baht bus on Beach Rd and the walk down the soi from Second Road is downhill so it makes it easier. Summer Spring If you have any questions, let me know.
