I stayed at the Summer Spring on and off during July and August 2010. I liked the hotel, it was quiet and right near Beach Road. Paid 6600 baht a week (special rate during low season and you could buy a member card for 300 baht that gave you 100 baht off per night) They have wifi and gave you some promotion with so many hours free each time you asked (they usually charge). The wifi wasn't that good so I always connected to the nearby Holiday Inn. In room safe Elevator Pool Coffee Shop and room service(I never used) and of course guest friendly. Not in the US....no way I saw the same thing when I was in a mall in Lad Phrao. The parking was so bad they double parked and left the car in neutral.

20,000 baht in Pattaya a few years ago 2-3 visits(5-7 days in between).... make sure you go to a good dentist or end up like I did and have to get it done all over again a year and a half later
