iguana group are a large property developer in Pattaya,

they have done park lane jomtein, Hyde park developments.

 

my problem is they had a international salesman who made alot of promises to investors, since early part of this year this man has left the company and very few of the deals arranged have not been adhered to.

 

has anyone else had problems ?

i was going to buy a property of these guys a guy called ashly was suppose to meet 3 times in one day kept letting me down in the end he lost a sale

In nearly 3 years of dealing with them I never had a problem but I was not a client, just an agent. They always paid me on time.

 

As far as I know and unless things have changed since I left in November last year, they have always been pretty stable.

Ashley had a habit of making false promises.

 

As a Pattaya developer, at least they have managed to complete a few projects and their customers seem to be satisfied with the quality provided for the price.

My 'EX' is buying...(with her own money) a condo in Park-lane. I went with her and did my best to help with the contract and stuff. She dealt with an American guy there called Gerry' he seemed OK and the condo seemed good value.

 

I'm still on good terms with her and would be interested if anyone has had a good or negative experience with this company........Although she's already coughed up 300,000 bt of her hard earned money. She will begin just over 2 years of monthly payments of 35,000 next month. Any information 'might' still be useful in pre-empting a future problem.

 

My feeling is that they are a reputable group and good at what they do.

Paragon were in the news recently after a founding member was arrested for misappropriation of funds.

I hope no BMs were caught up in that.
