Myself and friends have some houses left to rent out on long term basis here on popular but quiet estate in Khao talo, east Pattaya.

 

All quality furnishings & Euro-style kitchens, aircons & fans in all houses plus cable tv & inet too.

 

Good value for money compared to Jomtien & central Pattaya these days, as finding more people are moving out to save costs and coming up here for long stay in a nice house.

When you say "Euro Kitchen", I assume the property has an oven.

Without an oven, it's a bog standard Thai kitchen...without the propane tanks.

That's a good point... I would have said I had a Euro kitchen, but it is in reality just a few gas rings with a small gas cylinder in the cupboard underneath. One day it would be nice to roast something or grill cheese!

When saying euro kitchen i mean its not thai style kitchen which are genreally outside according to few of my thai friends with few plastic units stuck together and gas ring for cookin quick thai style.

 

Yes have gas hob cooker with gas bottle under in cupboard and the units are quality fitted with plenty storage space & room for table top oven if so require plus hot water heater for washing up.

 

The kitchen/diner is extended out also as had original wall put through so giving more space with an internal door between living room & kitchen.

 

I dont cook myself as so cheap to buy foods from nearby thai restaurants but if tenants need to cook then they have the facility to do so.

Agreed, a fitted oven would be welcome.

 

Can you post a map with the location?

 

Seems very reasonable, can't see you having a problem renting that unless Bratpack lives next door

We live on the same estate the houses are spacious and good value for money. Plus it's really quiet up here but only a 10 minute Mcycle journey to Central Pattaya.

Stop whinging the lad is trying his best to help himself and you out there looking to get accomodation! SO what no oven how many of you would know what to do with one anyway! probably try dry your hair in it or use it as a tumble dryer lol I at home here in this cold shithole of a place called Ireland have a range style oven and I use a £30 electric oven bought in Lidil. So use your napper if you want to play cook!

It is, it is pretty standard to call that type of kitchen 'European'.......

Whether it matches one in Romania, or one in Sweden is up to the renter to determine.

Do any of your houses have the couch facing the TV? I'm a bit old to watch looking sideways. In an hour I'd be off to get a massage and eating pain pills. Also, someone asked about the bed rooms, I'd be interested in seeing them also. How far from Pattaya would be good to know also. Air con, does that mean in the master bedroom as well as in the living room? Is it a gated community? I know it's a lot of questions, but I'm seriously interested in moving from where I am now. I don't pay attention to "Euro kitchen" Several places that I have looked at really pushed the limits of being called euro kitchen. I'm American, so I'm assuming from what I've seen while looking. Europeans have their refrigerator in another room, and it doesn't need to hold more than a six pack of beer. They don't use a sink, have no use for cupboards, nor cook with anything other than a microwave. If anyone that had an American kitchen, now that would be something to advertise. Still, I'd seriously like some answers to my questions.

A friend of mine has a fairly large convection oven. He cooks everything from turkeys to pizza in it. It can easily be moved and will sit on a counter top.

 

As for myself, I have a gas BBQ from Doc in Udon Thani. It has an insulated hood and is suitable for baking. With both burners on low, it holds 150 C. If not for my BBQ, I'd definitely buy a convection oven. I had a cheap small oven and it was pretty much useless. No insulation at all.

I did a double take when I saw the pics. I lived next door, the other side of the yellow flowers, for a year and a half. The neighbours were good and very quite place to live. Had no worries about my daughter playing outside. The rent is right on the money, I paid 9000 a month but moved back to Aus 1 year ago.

PS. We never had need of a oven. Food available everywhere without cooking.
