Awesome track and one of my favourites from these masters of dance music.

Timbuk 3

Not sure they are super well known but they had some great tunes. I first saw them in the bar scene from "DOA" the Dennis Quaid movie in the late '80s doing "Too Much Sex, Not Enough Affection" and became an instant fan.

Here is the afore mentioned hit and another from my MP3 player...love it when it shuffles to them.....

It's hard to believe that this was a husband and wife band (later 4)....but not that they are no longer together.

A fave band from the post-punk era.

One of my favourite songs from the Doors

One of the best house tracks ever created. Golden memories of clubs in Ibiza dancing to this one.

Another absolutely classic house track from the late Frankie Knuckles.

Never heard of Nick Drake until my 19 year old son spoke go him last week.

Bought his first album on Itunes that night.

Good to see good 60s music is still being appreciated. My son says normal tuning on guitar but the 5/4 timing is tricky.

English born in Burma......died at 26 ......no videos of him performing.

Perhaps my favorite Genesis song

Is it Phil Collins or a drum machine or both?

"The drum machine parts that I write tend to have character. they influence the way the song goes. It's as important to the song as the bass part or keyboard part. It's not just a rhythm machine pattern for some guy to come along and show off to."

Phil Collins

I've got two of his albums in my collection and listen to them from time to time. It's good stuff.
