Note the 2nd Road sign and the awnings. How long have they been there?

Yup - there was food being prepared and served in amoungst the dust from cutting floor tiles, fumes from glues and paint being splattered from where the walls - inside and out - were being painted...

You had to laugh..

I hate this... when walking down from Soi Diana you cant use the sidewalk anymore because they expanded the seating area. Doesn't sound too bad but when there is alot of traffick it actually is quite annoying :angry2:

i stopped eating there in the 90's. food was bland at best, barely edible at worst. bad thai food? you must have to try hard to do that. prawn fried rice. even i can make that. how do you make it bland? and the portions were small. they must've had a chef change in that time yet still get bad reviews. walk a bit further in any direction and be guaranteed tasty food.

last time i walked past with a BG she said she got sick from eating there and was cursing the place.

Kiss has another place at the top of second road near the dolphin roundabout. I have found the food here quite good and a great place to have breakfast if your staying in that part of Pattaya.

Quite commonplace for shops (not only restaurants) to claim the pavement out front. For mechanics it is their workplace. :whistling: Edited by jacko

Yeah but we all had it as an easy and cheap introduction to pattaya eating.

But I've not eaten there for years as well. :chogdee

Where would you recommend in that general area?
