stayed here for 24 days from 17th nov till 9th dec and can recomend this place 100% for value for money. 700 bhat a night with breakfast free at any time of the day. rooms are clean and spacious with tea and coffee free as well. good sized bed and aircon. staff are friendly and helpfull and any problems you encounter are quickley resolved by bert and his wife. i had problem with stat in shower, fixed next

day.

location is good but only downside is the amount of ladyboys on soi6/1 can be a pain if comming up from beach road. i have never met friendlier cooks and staff anywhere who make you feel so welcome.

this is a bargain in high season and you wont be disappointed, i take my hat f to bert and wife for such hospitality.

Food in the bar is top notch. Staff are great.

Well recommended by Dennis of the BigDusa fame. He used to mention this place a lot and always if glowing terms however this was for breakfast as he always stayed across the road!

Yes,the food is excellent,good Sunday Roast and the breakfast is top notch and great value when included in nightly rate.Set back from Soi 6 so doesn't get all the noise.And well located to get everywhere.
