I sell business, and give as much info as u need, dont ask why sell, this and that...

If the guy isn't interested, and only picking holes, sure, you have a right to get uppity.

But if a potential buyer asks why the business is up for sale, that sure would be regarded information I wanted to know.

In fact most non personal questions would be valid....
