Unixx Condo Pattaya for Sale Unit 1002

Recommended Posts

Could also just say 2,100,000 vs. the equation for a price.

Pattaya is prime territory for a condo bubble so might pay to rent and wait. So many units now and so many under construction, something has to give and that would be price, eventually.

2 million baht for a 27sqm coffin. Fookinell.

It better be absolute beachfront or at least have a killer view.

Well said, i thought the same myself :)

Thai or foreign name? Is this including any built ins or furniture package? When is the approximate completion date?

?

From the website

Launched in 2011 and scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2015.

Yikes...the land just sat there for 2 years with little activity (except sales, of course). They just started building in earnest a couple of months ago. The fucker is going to completely obstruct my view to the north.

Looking at the sales info, I can't imagine a 2BR unit with 53 sqm area. I mean, these are tiny boxes...and lots of them stacked together. 22 sqm Studio is smaller than any hotel I would not stay at.

I sold my 2 bed condo 84 sq mtr and I thought that was small. This is a lot of money for a tiny box. If you want a condo, look around, there are some good deals to be had in some very modern and attractive buildings right now.

There are, 84 is too small for a 2 bed IMHO I have seen 75 metres.. Should be one.

Madness 53 is just about bug enough for a one bed if the design is good and balcony small, for 2 it's crazy...

22 metre is the smallest I have seen that had a pull down bed and the design was by Stevie Wonder...

My Jomtien condo is 60 square meters. The separate bedroom is quite large with plenty of storage. I can't imagine trying to pack two bedrooms into even 60 square meters.

They are all designed very well as regards show flat, however take a set of golf clubs and a case and pairs of shoes then it's murder, they used specially built sized furniture , I saw a 32 one bed, crazy IMHO...

There are some amazing prices around if you do your homework, Lumpini has built thousands of 22 metre condos in Naklua for a million baht.....

I can see a glut in small condos ,

22 metre......4.5x4.5? Small.

(And perhaps some of that is balcony?)
