A bit of a coincidence as the Mrs screamed this morning and a snake was being relocated a few minutes later, very sluggish due to the cool morning. Just another keelback. Got a tookay waiting to be relocated too. They need to be moved further away.

Weekend of 27th/28th will also be traffic disruption days, International Fireworks Competition. We are heading into that season........

I did chat with a resident yesterday who had visited the market. He said it was pretty good and not the usual plastic-crap and T-shirts rubbish we often see. The noise didn't affect him as his condo is on the far side to the event, and since he could walk there parking and traffic didn't either. Personally not my thing though.

As a pal of mine used to always tell me 'defrag your hard disk'.....I used to say OK, thanks for that while thinking 'it is only 45% used you thick twat'.... I find the board response time slow often but pages are loading okay.

Any impact on traffic at the busy Thrappaya/Threppasit junction and the Thrappaya/Jomtiem 2nd lights? I hate these things as they are often located centrally and make getting around an absolute nightmare.

I bet it is a lot of fun for the residents! Where exactly is it, on that patch of spare land? I have a friend living in one of the buildings and will ask him if there is any impact.

In the UK we were taught a chant as kids at school, (at the road stop, look right and look left etc) but it was later sensibly modified to include keep looking both ways all the way across. The big issue, as I discovered last night nearly being hit by 3 idiot Arabs on a bike is undertaking. It seems completely brainless to me not to consider why that car in-front may well be stopped and blindly whiz up its inside. It will be a long time before this bad driving and selfish attitude is improved.

When I had a daft moment and stumped up for 1st class I think there were just 3 of us in there from Manchester, a few more from and to Doha. Not much of a 1st Class crowd from Manchester I guess. Biz was doing okay, I think there were a lot of recently retired doing their trip of a lifetime or visiting relatives down under. Got to adapt to the market, as I have to adapt to my finances!

Coincidentally I was reading similar to this on Thai Visa. More often than not a relatively small fine and maybe a short driving suspension is what I see for causing death by dangerous driving. (I think I read 5000 baht fine and 3 month suspended!). There was also a 50 year old woman recently killed crossing North Rd pushing a bicycle. This video is horrifying and I think British tourists are in danger especially, because they hold Zebra crossings in high regard.
