Very much so......active as ever although I thought he was planning to retire. Just had a 65th birthday party.

To be honest I was not too keen on the Emirates A380 Biz Class Experience either. A friend agreed... too big a cabin and not that comfortable. I have also had complaints of the speed of drinks and food delivery in Qatar Biz Class on other aircraft, the galley seemed to be very limited and a meal was turned out every 15 minutes, so it appeared. Like many I want to get it done with in the first 1.5 hours and watch a film or try and sleep. A drink before me within 20 minutes of airborne is also something I like, but they were faffing about with some silly snack. I am tempted to try Turkish... prices looking good and improved Manchester connections. Any comments?

We may see a change in their spending habits unless they bought their greenbacks 4-5 months ago too. Them getting packed into the baht bus like sardines is more to do with the Thai drivers. The balagan in-front of the Ambassador is quite a danger and has forced me to slow down somewhat and really needs to be organised before something big ploughs into a crowd.

Sadly, a lot of studio condos are shown with what appears to be cheap pillow cases and sheets/quilt covers. And only 2 rather poor pillows. Considering the bed is pretty much the centre of it, a nice bedspread would improve the appearance a lot.

Yes I got what I thought was a good deal for 30/3 for about 890 baht pcm, although there were some initial charges for the first month. Mine is cable. It includes a TV box, but I don't use it really. It certainly seemed attractive over my TOT ADSL which was 2/0.5 rated, but rarely met that and too frequently was 0/0

Many many other ingredient prices have gone up I expect. Vegetables being a good example. Turkeys are bred locally now although I don't know where the TR ones originate from.

I would go with EPs recommendation. If you really feel you must complain, then take it to City Hall on Pattaya Nua. Note that you are complaining that they wouldn't serve you do something illegal, which doesn't make sense. Don't sweat racism in Thailand, there are places that only service Japanese, obviously Russians, and Thais are refused entry to many establishments, yet get into others cheaper. I see shisha all over the place, legal or not. You can puff away while getting a foot massage!
